ROASTING & PRODUCTION
Green coffee samples are roasted and cupped before being loaded into our silo

Coffee can be manually roasted or fully automated with touch screen technology including profile roasting if required

Each batch is tested after roasting then careful control of de-stoning ensures no bean breakage. The beans are then ready for either grinding or packing.

Our packing lines have the facility to apply one way valves, overprint text and customers own designs, apply labels and re-seal tabs, as well as produce other more specialist formats.
