As well as developing excellent bespoke coffee for foodservice clients, Lincoln & York offers a wide range of other services to ensure that customers benefit from the coffee expertise and experience that has been built up over many years.

TRAINING & EDUCATION
We have a very modern and well equipped training centre adjoining our coffee roasting facility. We welcome customers and their teams to use this facility. We have a highly experienced barista trainer on our team who is available to assist in clients’ training programmes. We can arrange training in customers‘ own premises or at Coffee training centres as required.

TROUBLESHOOTING
We will investigate any problems in using our coffee at clients sites, visiting and resolving issues in conjunction with clients own staff.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
We are always ready to work with clients to develop new or innovative products to add value to clients’ coffee offering, and to advise on potential opportunities in this area.
