NEW COFFEE POD LINE INSTALLED AT LINCOLN & YORK

Throughout its history, Lincoln & York has continually invested in different types of automated packaging lines in order to provide clients with the widest ranges of product and pack formats possible.

This policy has been maintained this month with the installation of a line to produce coffee pods. Initially limited to 14g pods, the new line provides key customers with an alternative format to 7g and 14g sachets of speciality coffee.

The modern IMA CL123 line, which has an output of 120 pods a minute fills freshly ground coffee into a mesh pod, and then packs these into individual foil laminate pouches to guarantee freshness for at least 12 months.
