LINCOLN & YORK COFFEE TRAINING AT LONDON COFFEE SCHOOL

As one of the country’s leading private label coffee producers, Lincoln & York provides training support to clients in the development of coffee skills in their team.

In January 2009, we embarked on one of our most ambitious training plans to date, presenting advanced barista skills to over 70 coffee bar managers and baristas.

Using the facilities of the London School of Coffee in Kingston-upon- Thames, Lincoln & York’s barista trainer, Steve Goode provided hands-on training and skills development over a wide range of subjects.

To ensure that training sessions were well focused in small groups, the exercise was run over 8 half-day sessions so that everybody had access to an individual espresso machine.
